About Kareem Abdelwahab
I have a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Cairo University, Egypt. It was five years program (10 Semesters) in English, the first three years were general mechanical Engineering and the following two years were specialized in Mechanical Design and Production. My grade was 73% - 2.6 in the German system, and Distinction in the graduation project. In addition, I have scored 98.1% in high school.
During my studies, I have joined more than activity some of them teach me how to be a team worker like, Being a member in (students activities), and the others teach me how to use my knowledge and apply it into real applications, For example:
Building racing car and joining Formula Students competition in Germany and UK, Designing the car chassis according to all safety rules and our limited ways of productions, we have, that improves my ability to work with a team doing a technical project within a deadline -we have to follow- and to do our best in order to satisfy the required needs. And engaging in all phases of new product development, including concept, documentation, design, prototype, test, supplier interfaces, manufacturing introduction and service.
I used 3D drawing software (Solidworks) to design the chassis, firewall, and head restraint to protect the driver body and head from any fires or accident. I can learn other software programs easily because I have learned during my study HOW TO LEARN not WHAT TO LEARN.

VIBRATION CONTROL GRADUATION PROJUCT
Our project goal is how to use an integrated journal bearing and magnetic bearing in eliminating the vibration in a rotor due to mass unbalance.
We (me and three colleges) worked as a team under the supervision of three professors using control software to measure the value and direction of vibration, Then Magnetic Bearing receives current to apply opposite force, which eliminates vibration.

FORMULA STUDENT TEAM
We built a racing car to Participate in FS competition which was held in Silverstone, UK and in Hockenheim, Germany in July 2016, and we won the 70th place among 160 teams all over the world.
My Task was Building Firewall and head restraints to protect the driver from any potential fire and to limit movement of his head during driving.
Our goal that year was to pass the inspection and go for dynamic events, and we became the first Egyptian team to do it.

A Two-stage Gearbox
Required: Certain torque and RPM to be delivered to the second shaft
Input: Power and RPM of the stationary Motor.
I designed a gearbox to convert RPM and Torque from what we have to what the customer needs.
Safety clutch project (unfortunately missing info).
Hoist Drum is the device that pulls the lift up.
or the one in factories which pull goods and heavy equipment up.
Required: the weight and the height.
My Calculations took into consideration the diameter of the metal wire, length, and outer diameter of the drum.
Probe meiner Arduino Projekte
Zuerst ist das Lampe projekt. Lampen mit einem Zeitabstand. Eine Klingel wie in der Normalen Lampe für blinde Leute. Ein lichtsensor, die Taschenlampe ist die Sonne. wenn es sonne gibt. die lampe wird ausgemacht. wenn nein sie wird angemacht.
Für mich, der Zähler passt in der Küche zum beispiel wenn ein Lebensmittel ist fast beendet. Mann kann druck einmal. In meinem Kopf dieser Kreis muss mit Handy verbinden. wenn Man in Supermarket ist. er vergesst etwas nicht.
endlich, mit dieser Kreis habe ich mit meiner Frau gespielt. wenn sie kommt in der nähe von süßigkeit. Die Klingel klingt. Aber wir konnen das als sicherheit gerät benutzen oder in andere Application.
